Open the ParkBlue app, search for available spots near your location, and select one that works for you. Complete the payment and you're booked. Your confirmation appears instantly on your phone.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel up to one hour before your booking starts for a full refund. Cancellations within one hour are subject to a small fee. Check your booking details in the app for the exact deadline.
How do parking owners get paid?
Earnings are transferred to your bank account every month. ParkBlue handles all the payment processing and keeps things secure. You'll see your balance and transaction history in your owner dashboard.
Is my payment information safe?
All payments are encrypted and processed through trusted payment providers. Your personal information is never shared with other users. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
What if I arrive late?
Let the owner know through the app as soon as possible. Most owners are understanding about minor delays. If you're significantly late, your spot may be released and you'll need to book another one.
